Also a 5 minutes walk to the popular Green Parrot restaurant and Bay Street Marina.The Property has 4 rooms, DA CONCH room is a Private En-suite room that features its own private entrance and a private bathroom. surrounded by the greenest trees and some of the best views as its on a hill, another space is the Co-Ed dorm with 3 bunk beds (so anyone at any given time, there may be up to 6 guests in this room) the Female ONLY Dorm there are 2 bunks (4 beds), and in Marlin room (PRIVATE ROOM) there are 2 single beds. NB( A/C is in this room) - bathroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen are all shared spaces by all guests.

Out of consideration for other guests, the hostel must be quiet from 11.00 p.m.to 7.00 a.m.
NO Animals - are not allowed at the hostels, The hosts at each hostel areresponsible for the daily operations so all guidelines issued by them must beobserved.
Smoking Policy
On April 1, 2016 HumeHouse introduced a smoking ban at all our hostels.
The ban applies to rooms, corridors, lounges, guest kitchens and receptionareas. The no smoking rule applies to staff and guests alike and wasimplemented to ensure a pleasant environment for all our guests during theirstay at HumesHouse. All of our hostels offer good outdoor facilities withgarden areas, tables and benches so that anyone who wishes to smoke caneasily find a place to do so. Bed Linen
Bed linen must be used at all times at all hostels. All beds require the use of sheets, duvetcovers and pillow cases on all beds while in use. You are allowed to bring yourown bed linen and towels or rent them at the hostel for a onetime fee perperson. The use of sleeping bags is not permitted at the hostels.Cleaning
When you check out, please leave the room as clean and tidy as youfound it on arrival. Cleaning includes, emptying rubbish bins and returning anybed linen to the designated containers. Please check with the hostel on arrivalto ascertain each hostel’s cleaning policy.1. Guest Behaviour
The comfort, safety and security of our guests is really important to us. Anyguest(s) who, in the opinion of our staff, compromise the comfort, safety orsecurity of other guests, staff or local residents will be asked to leave thehostel premises and will not be given a refund.
Guests are expected to respect other guests as well as staff, local residentsand property. · Guests will be expected to reimburse HumesHouse for any damagescaused by inappropriate behavior during their stay. CheckIn· New Arrivals can checkinto the hostel after 2:00 PM each day.· Valid identificationis a requirement. We accept a Passport, Photo ID and / or Driver's License.Management may request additional information as required from guests.· Payment has to be donein advance for the whole length of the stay. No exceptions.· CheckOut· Departing guests mustremove all of their belongings from their rooms by 1:00 PM. Exceptions can bemade by arrangement with the hostel management.· Any rentedgoods, must be returned upon check-out. Noise· Please be consideratetowards other visitors, especially when you are using electronicmedia. The quiet time for sleeping is from 11 PM. to 7 AM. Out of courtesyto fellow visitors, please be very quiet during this time. Visitors· As a considerationtowards other guests staying at the hotel, visitors are strictly forbiddenunder any circumstances anywhere inside the house.
